The voucher is an offline voucher that will be sent to you by post. It comes on a small metal card and in a mini envelope with space for your own words. This voucher can only be redeemed in Stuttgart at the Dreadfarm. This cannot be used for dread beads and jewelry here in the shop. Having a voucher means contacting us anyway and making an appointment. A business card with contact information is enclosed with the voucher. :)
